Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, while holding a quarterly revenue quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a large book of business, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand customer goals, provide insights, and drive product adoption.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer challenges in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and development teams to improve ReturnGO’s offering.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with customers to ensure renewals and upsells.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Fluent in English, with superb written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Experience with HubSpot and e-Commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Working US hours, Monday-Friday.
