We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support XTEND’s ecosystem and executive operations.

This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO to ensure that strategic relationships, leadership priorities and key initiatives are consistently executed and moved forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain structured visibility over XTEND’s ecosystem across partners, overnment, investors and key stakeholders.
• Drive follow-ups on interactions, commitments and opportunities to ensure progress and accountability.
• Monitor ecosystem and defense-tech trends, identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion.
• Support execution of partnerships and strategic initiatives through cross-functional coordination.
• Align and manage the CEO’s calendar in line with strategic priorities and key ecosystem interactions.
• Track key decisions and drive execution of action items across teams.

• Proven experience of 3+ years in operations, executive support ,partnerships, business development or a similar strategic role within a technology, defense or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, and collaborative go-to-market models.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, Proactive and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate and drive tasks to completion
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
