Description

XTEND is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, based in Israel and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

This role plays a central part in shaping how XTEND’s advanced AI-driven systems are presented to global customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will work closely with Product, Sales, BD, and Innovation teams across regions to ensure clear, compelling positioning of XTEND’s solutions.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who excels at making complex technologies understandable and actionable. The ideal candidate combines structured thinking with creativity and can rally cross-functional teams around unified messaging and high-impact sales tools.

This is a highly visible role with direct influence on revenue growth, market perception, and product success.

Key pillars & objectives:

Solution Positioning - Clearly articulate XTEND’s AI-driven systems and autonomy capabilities for global markets.

Sales Enablement Leadership - Develop high-impact marketing tools that accelerate deal progression and support complex sales cycles.

Naming & Product Governance - Ensure clarity and consistency across product and solution presentation.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning - Strengthen XTEND’s market edge through structured research and insights.

Product-Led Content - Align product storytelling with real-world customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine positioning for XTEND’s systems and autonomy solutions.
  • Translate advanced robotics and AI technologies into clear, compelling market narratives.
  • Lead development of structured sales enablement materials, including solution decks, product presentations, and marketing toolkits.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and BD teams worldwide to ensure consistent and up-to-date materials.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment around product naming and portfolio clarity.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning decisions.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide structured market feedback.
  • Work with content and production partners to execute high-quality product storytelling.
  • Support articulation of software value and recurring revenue models in customer-facing materials.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within a technology company (hardware + software experience preferred).
  • Experience in defense-tech, robotics, deep-tech, or B2G/B2B environments — an advantage.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems into compelling narratives.
  • Strong experience creating impactful sales enablement tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (native-level proficiency required).
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Creative, independent, and able to lead initiatives across teams.
