XTEND is a leader in developing cutting-edge airborne systems that revolutionize human-machine interaction. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior PMO to join our team and contribute to our innovative technology projects

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the PMO Manager in leading projects, including assisting with project timelines, budgets, and status updates.
• Assist monitor and report on project status, sprint status, including task management, milestones, and deadlines.
• Assist in coordinating between development, hardware, and other teams to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
• Prepare and update periodic reports and documents for project managers and senior management, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Assist in identifying project risks and contributing to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Help create materials for project review meetings (weekly/monthly) with teams and management.

• BSc in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field (third year or higher).
• Availability at least 3 working days a week
• Excellent written and verbal English level communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
• Advantage: Previous experience in a project management position, with Agile method, or working in a technological environment.
• Advantage: Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday)
