XTEND is seeking an energetic and passionate IT Engineer to support our rapidly growing global workforce. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment and bring fresh ideas to address new and existing challenges.

The IT Engineer will collaborate with employees across the entire company to ensure our XTEND team is empowered to do their best work. This includes onboarding new employees, granting system access, and resolving user issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for end-user environments.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including system preparation, deployment, and IT orientation for new hires.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and serve as an escalation point for the team.
• Contribute to IT projects and deliverables.
• Manage system access, maintain user accounts, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives, problem-solving, and day-to-day operations.

• At least 2 years of helpdesk/IT experience - troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments, including managing user rights and permissions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

Advantages

• Experience with Okta.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with communication networks, including protocols, firewalls, and routers.
• Experience setting up Windows Server infrastructures.
• Familiarity or experience with virtualization systems such as ESXi vSphere.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Python and Bash scripting.
