What You'll Do

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at driving sales, supporting customers, and helping adapt our product for the local market:

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Build relationships with prospective clients in the Hebrew-speaking market.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.

- Identify opportunities to grow our presence locally through events, partnerships, and networking.

2. Customer Onboarding and Support:

- Welcome new customers and guide them through a smooth onboarding process.

- Provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Act as the main point of contact for local customers, addressing their needs promptly.

3. Localization and Product Feedback:

- Work with the product team to adapt features to better serve the Hebrew-speaking market.

- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve our offering and maintain a competitive edge.

4. Marketing and Materials Development:

- Create localized marketing content, presentations, and materials in Hebrew.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to the local audience.
