Job brief

The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualize the future while staying pragmatic and breaking down the concept into gradual steps. In addition, they will be able to guide less experienced designers in parallel to doing hands-on work.

You will work closely with Product Managers, developers, other internal stakeholders, and other designers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the UX/UI of the company’s products, from ideation to implementation.
• Creating design requirements based on product managers' problem definitions.
• Creating and maintaining design systems for our different products.
• Guiding other designers to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc. are properly implemented and maintained.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes.
• Present product design ideas for cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and customers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a product designer.
• Proven experience designing and simplifying complex products.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Proven experience defining and maintaining design systems or style guides for complex products.
• Proven experience guiding other designers.
• BA in visual design - Advantage.
