Join a groundbreaking quantum computing company at the forefront of technological innovation. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Director of Sales to help build and lead our commercial activities in the rapidly evolving quantum computing market.

This is a highly hands-on and execution-oriented role, combining customer engagement, opportunity management, and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound customer opportunities.
  • Lead discovery calls and customer conversations with enterprise customers, research organizations, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Drive opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Build and refine sales processes, customer engagement workflows, and commercial operations from the ground up.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and R&D teams to support customer evaluations, engagements, and ongoing commercial activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support demos, workshops, and customer-facing activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Help shape go-to-market and customer engagement strategies in a fast-growing deep-tech environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development roles within Deep Tech, AI, Cloud, HPC, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, Semiconductors, or similar domains.
  • Proven experience managing and advancing enterprise sales opportunities and long sales cycles.
  • Experience building sales processes, customer engagement workflows, or commercial activities in fast-growing startup environments.
  • Ability to understand complex scientific and technical concepts and communicate their business value clearly.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to build and take ownership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field - strong advantage.
