Qedma is looking for an Office Manager who is sharp, highly organized, and quick to learn - someone who thrives in operations and ensures the office runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Office & Operations

  • Own the day-to-day running of the office: supplies, vendors, logistics, and general operations.
  • Handle procurement of office and IT equipment.
  • Manage office systems such as access control, and basic IT/admin tasks.
  • Handle invoices and payment tracking.
  • Own vendor relationships: contracts, negotiations, and renewals.
  • Executive Support- Support the leadership team with complex calendar management and cross-team coordination.

People & Culture

  • Support the employee experience: onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day assistance.
  • Assist with hiring processes: posting roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
  • Organize and run team events, happy hours, and company-wide activities.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in office management, administrative roles, or operational support, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the company.
  • Detail-driven, dependable, and capable of owning tasks from start to finish.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems; quick to pick up new platforms.
