Description
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition recruiter to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment roles, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (comeet), Social Media platforms and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent across various disciplines, particularly in engineering.
· Hiring Process Ownership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
· Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
· Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct thorough screening interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
· Candidate experience: Build and maintain a strong relationship through effective communication and engagement with potential candidates.
· Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms (LinkedIn and Comeet).
· Experience in materials or chemical engineering recruitment or in batteries, electrochemical, or manufacturing industries is a significant advantage
· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
