H2PRO is an exciting startup company that is aiming to disrupt the hydrogen production industry by the development of a unique water electrolysis process.

As part of our fast growth, we are looking for a motivated and talented System Engineer who will handle and optimize the operation of our systems and help utilize the knowledge gained towards future scale up. The system Engineer will design, plan and operate various aspects of the system, including safety, test runs, maintenance requirements, upgrades, etc. while striving towards improving process and system reliability.

• System optimization aspects
• Develop and carry out new testing methods
• Analyse experimental data
• Troubleshooting and solving everyday system and process challenges

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
• Process & system oriented
• Team player with “Hands On” approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset

• M.Sc in Chemical engineering or related scientific/ engineering fields
• Experience as pilot (preferred) or plant engineer
• Experience with high pressure processes involving hydrogen or other flammable/explosive gasses
• Familiarity with electrochemical processes/systems
• Experience in multidisciplinary systems
• Knowledge in chemical process instrumentation & control
