H2Pro develops electrochemical hybrid systems for hydrogen generation using our novel technology. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Database and Real-Time Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining our SQL databases with data from real-time systems and sensors. This role will involve manipulating data for analysis, creating visualizations using Grafana or Power BI, and developing GUI programs for online graphs and real-time system analysis using Python.

SQL Database Management:

• Manage, update, and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Integrate real-time data from various systems and sensors into the SQL database.
• Perform regular database maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Data Manipulation and Analysis:

• Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data for in-depth analysis.
• Use SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data as needed.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

Data Visualization:

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Grafana.
• Develop visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and update visualizations based on user feedback.

Development:

• Develop GUI programs for online graphs and real-time system analysis using Python, C#, VB.net, or Java.
• Implement algorithms and data processing techniques in the chosen programming language.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of the applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for database management and data analysis.

• 4+ years of proven experience in managing SQL databases and handling real-time data.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Grafana or Power BI.
• Experience in programming with Python, particularly in developing GUI applications.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.net, or Java)
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or tools.
