Description
Dot Compliance is an AI Empowered, innovative cloud-based software company providing electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions to life sciences companies. Our solutions, built on the Salesforce platform, enable organizations to replace traditional paper-based quality processes with scalable, compliant, and efficient digital systems.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead and mentor our International technical implementation teams. This senior role is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of customer projects, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, team development, and alignment with Dot Compliance’s delivery standards and platform capabilities.
You will work closely with Professional Services leadership, Product, R&D, Dev Ops, Customer Success, and clients to ensure our implementations meet regulatory, quality, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight for the implementation of Dot Compliance’s eQMS platform on Salesforce.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Implementation Specialists, Developers and Project Managers across multiple geographies.
- Ensure technical alignment across projects, including configuration, customization, validation, and integration tasks.
- Establish and enforce technical best practices, methodologies, and documentation standards across customer projects.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to leverage AI tools for configuration, coding and testing processes
- Design and implement frameworks to effectively leverage AI tools for the development and delivery of configuration-related outputs
- Act as an escalation point for complex implementation or integration issues.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to provide feedback from the field and influence platform roadmap decisions.
- Support resource planning, team capacity forecasting, and hiring initiatives.
- Review project architecture and technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with life science regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, GAMP5).
- Lead initiatives to improve implementation tools, templates, and reusable components.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.
- Lead the product deployment team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, ideally in SaaS or Salesforce-based enterprise software implementations.
- Proven experience managing technical teams responsible for configuration, customization, and deployment on the Salesforce platform in a customer-facing project environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Demonstrated experience with system integration projects (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or third-party applications).
- Experience working in or with regulated industries, ideally life sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices).
- Strong understanding of software validation and system testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II).
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
- Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device).
