Dot is an innovative, cloud-based software company that provides pharma and medical device companies with an advanced digital solution, based on the Salesforce Platform, for managing quality processes.
We are looking for a technical operation engineer to join the technical operation team.
Dot Compliance Suite is a leading quality management solution designed specifically for the life sciences industry.
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing both major and minor system upgrades for off-the-shelf and custom implementations. You will work closely with teams across Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success, as well as directly with customers, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of the platform.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and fast-paced team player with experience in Salesforce administration who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dot Compliance SaaS products (Salesforce platform) to enable rapid and reliable software releases
- Main the data pipeline to ensure efficient and error-free upgrades.
- Execute efficient ongoing upgrade process (Custom, Xpress, Package, Hot Fixes etc.)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges during upgrades and deployments, ensuring system stability and performance
- Collaborate with R&D developers to integrate new features and improvements into deployment processes.
- Implement automation tools and best practices to streamline and improve deployment efficiency
- Act as a technical liaison for customers, providing guidance and support during upgrade cycles and post-deployment issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological trends and advancements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Salesforce advancements, DevOps best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration or administration
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in Salesforce deployment is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Independent learner with a strong ability to adapt and grasp concepts quickly.
- Team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Relevant degree from a recognized university or college.
