We are a young and innovative software company, looking to dramatically change how pharma, biotech and medical device companies manage their quality and compliance regulated processes.

We are looking for a talented and highly driven Technical Account Manager (eQMS) to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about customer needs and delivery success. As a critical member of our Professional Services team, you will provide project leadership to various clients embarking on their digital transformation journey; as such, this role requires individuals to be customer relationship oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an integral part of the Customer Quality team in providing administrative services such as user management, training, reports and issue resolution.
  • Work with Dot Compliance Support team to resolve customers’ issues
  • Guide clients through the implementation of enhancements including scoping, Configuration, Implementation, validation, and training.
  • Develop and direct work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
  • Monitor projects from initiation to through delivery.
  • Understand our customers’ needs, translate requirements.
  • Configure and deploy our cloud-based solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with or for life sciences companies.
  • Background knowledge of quality assurance, and regulatory requirements and processes in the life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge or ability to comprehend document management, training management, audit management, risk management, change management, CAPA management, and Non-Conformance processes.
  • BS/BA degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Advanced Training Skills
  • Experience implementing quality management systems for life sciences- Advantage-
  • Demonstrated work history in full life cycle project implementation.
  • It is required to arrive at a client in Ra'anana once a week.
