Dot Compliance is a cloud-based, innovative software company, and our product allows pharma and medical device customers to manage their quality and compliance processes electronically. We are looking for a BI Analyst (Student position) to become an integral part of our Growth team.

• Development and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis, generate reporting to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Process documents and provide insights to enhance data workflows

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Industrial engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, With two years of studies remaining.
• Availability for a 60% part-time position
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Optional: Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its data structures is a plus – an advantage
• Preferred Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
