Description
The Head of Demand Generation will play a critical role in driving the overall growth strategy of AI21 B2B products. This position will be responsible for building and executing scalable demand generation campaigns that align with our business objectives and revenue goals. The successful candidate will bring a data-driven approach to pipeline growth, develop multichannel marketing strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the entire customer journey.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Create and oversee demand generation strategies aimed at scaling pipeline growth across channels, including digital, email, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and management of integrated, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. Track performance metrics to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a seamless handoff of leads and optimizing the conversion of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Lead Nurturing: Design and manage lead-nurturing programs that move prospects through the marketing funnel to become sales-ready leads.
- Marketing Analytics and Insights: Use analytics and reporting tools to assess the performance of demand generation programs. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact.
- Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best outcomes.
- Innovative Growth Tactics: Drive the continuous optimization of demand generation efforts by testing new approaches and leveraging emerging trends in digital marketing and B2B SaaS industries.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-driven industries.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful multichannel demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Experience in high-growth B2B tech companies.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent data analysis skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and metrics.
- Experience managing large budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring teams.
- Experienced in hubspot as marketing automation.
